On MAY 07, 2025, TSA will begin enforcing the REAL ID requirements to fly within the U.S. This will be indicated on your license with a STAR. You must have a REAL ID or a valid PASSPORT to travel. You will not be able to travel if you do not have either one. If you do not have either of these, do not proceed with this request.

The hotels listed are direct billed to SERTC. It is your responsibility to contact the hotel directly. Individual rooms will be provided; however, expenses for incidentals such as phone calls, room service etc, are not included. You must reserve your hotel reservation with your personal credit card, however, you will only be charged for incidentals and/or failure to notify the hotel in the event of cancellation of attendance at the training. Please advise the hotel you are attending the First Responder Training at SERTC.

Most students will be provided a round trip airline ticket and a car rental
reservation from the information provided above. In the event you have a special
requirement other than the authorized travel, place the SPECIAL REQUEST in
detail below.

We try to assign window or aisle seating if available.
